The buying season is winding down most think and look to take properties off the market that haven’t sold and wait until spring to place them back on the market.  Those on the fence are awaiting the budding of their crab apples and cherry blossoms before putting their home on the market. WHY?
Is spring really the best time to list your home?  Is late fall really the time to take your home off the market?  If you think yes, think again.  Inventories are at an all time low this time of year through spring. Less competition means more eyes on your property doesn’t it? Buyers are still buying and the good news is if someone is actively looking late fall through winter, chances are they have to or really want to purchase a home immediately. If your home is on the market, you will get attention. If you wait until spring, buyers attentions are spread amongst many listings vs. one or two.
