This old farm is two miles north of the North Hero village and 32 miles from the Burlington airport. The 41 acres runs between the road and the Lake. There is a mile of lakeshore. It has wet land, cliffs along the Lake, untouched woodland, mowed fields, a two acre man made pond teeming with beaver and abundant wildlife. Two cottages are within 30 feet of the lake. All together, we can sleep 10 - the main house has a large barn board eat-in kitchen, with wood burning fireplace, one bath, one bedroom and a 70 foot porch with two double beds at either end. One cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, double beds, a pull out couch, and two porches. The westerly facing porch has a day bed. The smaller cottage has a bedroom facing the Lake thru sliding doors, a child's bed in a small room, and a large living room with a day bed. This originally was a house trailer with all the neat curved wood work, bath, kitchen and a large addition. Two of the houses have a root cellar; the third has a crawl space. The shoreline is rocky for a bit, then the bottom is sandy. Some work had been done towards sub-dividing, at least six lots could probably be carved out. Owner may consider financing.
