For condominium offerings, walk out your door, grab your skis and slide down Sachem Trail on the south side of the mountain, choose from the Ledgewood, Kettlebrook, SnowTrak, or Bull Run trails for the original Okemo Base Lodge area, the Village Run, Daybreak, Rising Star, Promenade, or Jack-a-lope trails for Solitude Village or Bright Star Basin at the newest resort offering — Jackson Gore Village. All of these trails are "green" making the first and last runs of the day great for families. You also have the option of walk-to-slope at Sachem Trail for homes in West Village or the condominiums at Okemo Village. The newest and most exclusive development at Okemo is Jackson Gore Village which offers deeded quarter-share ownership at the luxurious Jackson Gore Inn as well as at the neighboring Adams House. Shuttle-to-slope: The following complexes are serviced by dedicated mountain shuttle bus on weekends and holiday weeks during the ski season
Solitude Village is the second newest slope side complex conveniently located at the base of Solitude Peak further along Okemo Ridge Road. Another "favorite" village, Solitude offers great views and more privacy with its extended acreage. From this large complex, there is easy access to both the Solitude and Morning Star lifts where you can always make "first tracks" in the powder or corduroy as there is no public parking for visiting skiers. In addition, you will be skiing and living in and among the most prestigious private homes on the mountain — many of which could be mistaken for a grand mid-mountain lodge!
There are both condominiums and townhouses from studios to 3 bedrooms in size. Solitude Village also has its own lodge with a public side serving gourmet lunches at the Epic Restaurant as well as fabulous reservation-only Snowcat dining on selected winter weekends! Owners have several amenities available at the lodge which will appeal to skiers and non-skiers alike. Solitude Village consists of 146 units that were built in the late 1990s.

Located at the base of the Glades Chairlift and along the perimeter of Sachem Trail, Okemo Trailside Condominiums offer 1-4 levels of living in spacious 1-4+ bedroom townhouses spread among four sub-villages. A favorite with larger families, this unique high mountain setting affords spectacular views from many units while providing more outside "room to roam" on extended acreage as the units wind up the mountain.
Two of the villages, while not directly slope-side, are serviced by a private shuttle that wisks you to Sachem Trail in under 2 minutes! And remember, from Sachem Trail you can get directly into the lift line for the North Star Express and then ski home at the end of the day — never approaching the crowds of the base lodge area. Summer is also great here with the cool breezes of the upper mountain and a recreation area with an outdoor pool and tennis courts as well as direct access to mountain hiking trails.
Okemo Trailside Condominiums consist of 209 units. The 4 villages were built at various times in the 1970s and 1980s.
This delightful small complex is probably the best kept secret "on the mountain", but not slope side. Nestled in the woods, these 3 buildings offer 2-3 bedroom condominiums with views from the front units and parking convenience from the rear units.
Westwoods consists of 12 units that were built in the late 1980s.
Although not directly on the slopes, Okemo Village offers the "Okemo Trailside-style" multi-level units with a spacious design and an easy walk down Upper Cross Road to the base lodge area. With 4 bedroom units in each of three buildings, Okemo Village provides a more affordable alternative to direct slope side living yet with great convenience! A best kept secret.

Alpen Meadows is a development of 2-level homes similar in concept to Snowtrak, but with no direct trails leading to it ...only the "shuttle trail". Each with a garage, in addition to the tennis court, a great plus for Alpen Meadows is it's location direction across from the West Hill Recreation area where there is great ice skating and sledding in the winter and swimming in the summer!
